Happy hour has quickly become one of Portland's newest traditions, and Vindalho's Five at Five Happy Hour is one of the city's best. From 5-6 pm nightly, five dishes are just five bucks each. Well drinks are only $4; specially selected wines are $5 and selected handcrafted beers are just $3.75.
Three new creations from Shannon at the bar include the seasonal and sophisticated Apple Bon Bon with Bulliet bourbon, apple cider and ginger; the Sparkling Orchard with pear brandy, prosecco and Cassis; and the mystical Saffron Robe with saffron vodka, Aperol and chile syrup. Namaste!
