個人簡介

鄭力,1986年和1991年分別獲得清華大學本科和博士學位,94-96年曾在佐治亞理工大學訪問,現任清華大學工業工程系教授,博士生導師。鄭力教授已發表文章超過二百篇,專著和教材5本,曾獲得國家科技進步獎、國家發明獎和教育部優秀青年教師獎,北京市五一獎章,享受國務院特貼。鄭力教授的主要研究領域是生產系統分析與管理,企業信息化。鄭力教授還是機械工程學會工業工程分會副主任委員和生產工程分會的常務理事,國際工業工程學會中國部首任主任和多個國際學術期刊的編委。

1. 數字化制造
數字化成為企業提高效率的關鍵,需要針對不同的情況,研究和開發不同的工具。
制造執行系統(RMES):為企業現場管理提供全套解決方案,目前已在汽車制造業和制鞋制衣業中的6個企業進行了實施。
工時數據系統:幫助企業強化工藝管理、作業優化和工時數據管理。
遠程生產監視工具:提供遠程設備維護和診斷功能

生產系統規劃與仿真優化:包括規劃和優化生產和物流系統,通過仿真優化布局和作業設計;
